We attended the Barcelona Woman Acceleration Week 2025 (BWAW), an event that strengthens its commitment to gender equality and female leadership in business and technology every year.

As Liferay partners, we are participating in this key event for the community. It is an excellent opportunity to share experiences, discover the latest news and strengthen ties with other professionals in the industry.

We closed the month with an incredible Breakpoint session with an Argentine theme. We enjoyed typical food, good company and an unbeatable atmosphere to share and disconnect together. Plus, we added an extra touch of fun with a quiz that tested our knowledge.

We are already looking forward to the next edition, but in the meantime, we keep adding moments that unite us. 

Part of the Icalia Solutions team had the opportunity to participate in the 7th National Industry Congress, held in Barcelona and organized by the Spanish Ministry of Industry and Tourism. This event brought together key leaders from the public and private sector to discuss and reflect on the challenges and opportunities for the future of the industry.

The most special thing was being able to share face to face with those who are often miles apart, and who were encouraged to make the trip so as not to miss this moment! Last week we enjoyed our traditional Christmas event, a special time to share and celebrate as a team. We had a fun-filled activity and closed with a delicious pica pica that allowed us to disconnect and enjoy together.

We successfully held the Viewtinet MeetUp in collaboration with our partner Viewtinet, where we had the participation of Rafael García, Co-Founder and Business Development, and Jose Martinez, VP Sales and Co-Founder of Viewtinet.
