We are already looking forward to the next edition, but in the meantime, we keep adding moments that unite us. 

Part of the Icalia Solutions team had the opportunity to participate in the 7th National Industry Congress, held in Barcelona and organized by the Spanish Ministry of Industry and Tourism. This event brought together key leaders from the public and private sector to discuss and reflect on the challenges and opportunities for the future of the industry.

Digital Transformation colleagues gathered to enjoy a delicious meal and test their wits in a fun escape room activity.

The most special thing was being able to share face to face with those who are often miles apart, and who were encouraged to make the trip so as not to miss this moment! With laughter, clues and a bit of adrenaline, we were able to strengthen our bonds and create unforgettable memories. Thank you to those who were able to attend for making it so special!

Last week we enjoyed our traditional Christmas event, a special time to share and celebrate as a team. We had a fun-filled activity and closed with a delicious pica pica that allowed us to disconnect and enjoy together.

In a key meeting with Catalan companies in the ICT sector, the Cercle Tecnològic - Consell d'Empreses reviewed the roadmap and established projects to strengthen the industry and generate greater impact on our society. Icalia Solutions joins this effort, collaborating to consolidate a technological ecosystem that responds to current and future needs. From our perspective, commitment to the sector and the community is a priority. 

We successfully held the Viewtinet MeetUp in collaboration with our partner Viewtinet, where we had the participation of Rafael García, Co-Founder and Business Development, and Jose Martinez, VP Sales and Co-Founder of Viewtinet.

During the event, we explored in depth Viewtinet's innovative unified viewability solution, designed to provide advanced monitoring with perpetual licensing. Attendees also enjoyed a real-time demo, showcasing the capabilities and potential of this tool in a real-world environment.

We held two new StandUp Meetings for the Applications and Digital Platforms teams. These meetings allow us to share ideas and proposals to improve our areas, strengthen communication and align our initiatives with the company's vision. We attended conferences where experts shared their knowledge on the latest trends in technology. It was an ideal time to explore new collaborations and strengthen our professional network.

Icalia Solutions launches a new initiative that brings the team together once a month at the office with a surprise theme day. Our first session was held on October 17, where we enjoyed a relaxed atmosphere and some delicious tapas to strengthen our bonds.

Part of the Applications team presented us with an exciting case in the field of Digital Banking. At Icalia Solutions, we consider these spaces key to keep us informed and foster collaboration. Meeting projects from different areas allows us to identify synergies and enrich our collective skills and perspectives.

We welcome Benito Garcia as new Business Manager of the Cybersecurity and Networking area. With more than 15 years of experience in high level technology companies, he will lead our strategy in advanced services, driving innovation and growth in this key area.

The Cybersecurity and Networking team of Icalia Solutions attends a refresher course to learn about the latest Fortinet news. We took advantage of this training to hone our skills and reaffirm our commitment to continuous learning.
