The Great Night of ARROW in Spain brought together the main companies in the technology sector to celebrate the achievements of the year. It was an honor to share this event together with referents such as Fortinet, HPE ArubaNetworking, Symantec, Viewtinet, AWS and Microsoft.

This meeting highlights the closing of a year marked by challenges overcome and great advances in the IT sector. 

Last Wednesday, November 13, we enjoyed the second session of Breakpoint, an initiative created to strengthen the bonds between colleagues in a relaxed and close environment.

With an Italian theme, the day offered delicious food and a space to disconnect, chat and share moments together. Thanks to all who participated and contributed to making this meeting a success. 

In a key meeting with Catalan companies in the ICT sector, the Cercle Tecnològic - Consell d'Empreses reviewed the roadmap and established projects to strengthen the industry and generate greater impact on our society. Icalia Solutions joins this effort, collaborating to consolidate a technological ecosystem that responds to current and future needs. From our perspective, commitment to the sector and the community is a priority. 

We successfully held the Viewtinet MeetUp in collaboration with our partner Viewtinet, where we had the participation of Rafael García, Co-Founder and Business Development, and Jose Martinez, VP Sales and Co-Founder of Viewtinet.

During the event, we explored in depth Viewtinet's innovative unified viewability solution, designed to provide advanced monitoring with perpetual licensing. Attendees also enjoyed a real-time demo, showcasing the capabilities and potential of this tool in a real-world environment.

We held two new StandUp Meetings for the Applications and Digital Platforms teams. These meetings allow us to share ideas and proposals to improve our areas, strengthen communication and align our initiatives with the company's vision. We believe in continuous collaboration as a basis to continue growing and building innovative solutions together. 

This event has established itself as a key meeting point for leaders in the technology sector, bringing together thousands of professionals, and we had the opportunity to connect with decision makers in areas such as Cloud, Big Data, AI and eCommerce. We attended conferences where experts shared their knowledge on the latest trends in technology. It was an ideal time to explore new collaborations and strengthen our professional network.

Icalia Solutions launches a new initiative that brings the team together once a month at the office with a surprise theme day. Our first session was held on October 17, where we enjoyed a relaxed atmosphere and some delicious tapas to strengthen our bonds.
