At Icalia Solutions, we took part in the 2nd Agri-Food Industry Forum of Catalonia — a key space for sharing real challenges and solutions around the digital transformation of the sector.

Alexis Álvarez Rollán, Business Manager of Icalia’s Innovation Lab, moderated a roundtable focused on digitalisation and artificial intelligence in the agri-food industry. The session explored concrete opportunities, technological barriers, and real-world use cases that are already making an impact.

One of the highlighted examples was the Digital Winery project, developed in collaboration with the Clúster Digital de Catalunya and the INNOVI wine cluster, showcasing how technology can bring efficiency, traceability, and sustainability to the viticulture value chain.
